ABOUT US

The Hiddenwaters Homeowners Association is a formal homeowners association bound by its by-laws. It is managed by a Board of Directors made up of a group of dedicated home and lot owner volunteers who work closely together to ensure the subdivision retains its first-class living environment. The board members oversee the annual operating budget, the maintenance of common areas and community equipment and a number of other aspects of community life. The board members work with two additional sub-committees: the Design Review Committee (DRC) and the Landscape Committee. The board conducts meetings on an ongoing basis and holds an annual meeting each year that all Hiddenwaters residents are encouraged to attend.
